Purpose of GRAS is to know the accurate and factual position of State Receipts at any given point of time. GRAS facilitates the use of modern electronic payments system for online receipt of Tax and Non Tax Revenue and brings transparency in government business of receipt collection. GRAS promotes e-payment for govt. revenue collection and facilitates the Departments in Receipt Monitoring.
